About Grizzo

The Coach Behind

Hi, I'm Grizzo. I spent six years in investment banking doing 30-minute kettlebell sessions before work because it was the only way I could fit fitness into my life. I battled anxiety and depression through it, trained Muay Thai in Thailand three separate times to stay sane, and finally walked away from finance to do this full time.

What exactly do I get when I buy?

Do I need a gym membership?

Most of the programme is built for the gym, but Grizzo includes home workout swaps for every week so you can train from anywhere with minimal equipment. You'll get results either way — the gym version will just push you further.

I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?

Yes. The programme is built to scale to your starting point, with form videos, weight guidance, and progression notes throughout. If you showed up and paid attention, Maya did her first push-up by week six. The programme works if you work it.

How much time do I need each week?

Four to five sessions a week, 45 to 60 minutes each. Grizzo also includes shorter session swaps for weeks where life is busier than usual — because she knows what a packed week looks like.
